The Trade Compliance Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of SiTime’s global trade compliance program. This role will serve as the company’s primary operational trade compliance resource, ensuring compliance with U.S. export control, sanctions, and customs regulations while supporting business growth and customer responsiveness.
The successful candidate will partner closely with Legal, Customer Support, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and external trade compliance advisors to manage export classifications, restricted party screening, end-user reviews, licensing determinations, audits, training, and compliance process improvements. The position will also play a key role in implementing automation and scalable compliance processes as SiTime continues to grow. It is not necessary to meet all job requirements to be a qualified candidate for the position.
The Import Compliance Specialist will provide hands-on import compliance support, focusing on tariff classification accuracy, customs documentation review, and coordination with customs brokers.
The role will serve as a subject-matter expert on all areas of import compliance.
This is a Full Time Temporary Position (Hybrid or Remote).
