Ability to plan, lead, and execute Global Trade Systems (GTS) deployment in an international and matrix organization. Covering export and customs compliance screenings including but not limited to RPL, Embargo/Sanctioned countries screening, Licensing, product classification (HTS & ECCN) and reporting functionality in GTS, and integration with upstream and downstream systems and processes.  Excellent leadership and people skills in order to effectively partner with and lead teams and 3rd party providers in completing actions supportive of program efforts.  Effective oral and written communication skills are essential. Ability to participate in, potentially lead, multi-disciplined teams are required. PMP Certified and/or proven project management expertise of >5 years in a related discipline.
