The Supply Chain Compliance Manager will play a leading role in identifying potential supply chain risks using advanced analytical tools and their knowledge of the global supply chain. This role will have responsibility for identifying, preventing, and mitigating adverse impacts on the entire supply chain operations, as it relates to environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles, forced labor and compliance with various import/export regulations. These responsibilities include extending the risk mitigation process to suppliers and business partners from Tier 1 – 5 suppliers, mapping supply chain through multiple tiers, and supporting our Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (CTPAT) certification program through regular audits and reporting. The Supply Chain Compliance Manager will also assist in developing new programs for compliance and risk mitigation to ensure compliance with import/export regulatory requirements. This role will be required to establish standards and metrics to maintain high quality risk identification and remediation solutions. Strong analytical and communication skills are required to effectively succeed in this role.
