Lead the export compliance program for a growing company in the semiconductor industry reporting though the Legal Department in the Greensboro, NC area. Hybrid work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience with corporate export compliance in the semiconductor industry required
- Experience developing policies and procedures
- Experience with denied party screening and deemed exports
- Experience with Commerce Department export licensing required
- Experience with State Department licensing helpful
- Experience with ECCN classification required
- Experience with technology products
- Customs compliance experience helpful
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Relocation assistance available to the Greensboro, NC area
Responsibilities
- Manage the export compliance program as the Subject Matter Expert
- Serve as the sole contributor with ability to grow department
- Manage EAR export licenses
- Make ECCN classification determinations
- Develop policies and procedures
- Conduct trade compliance training
- Conduct denied party screening and oversee deemed exports
- Advise management on trade compliance issues
