Program Overview:
Due to ongoing tariff actions and constantly evolving U.S. trade policies, importers face increasing complexity and cost pressures. This program will provide a timely update and insights on the latest tariff developments, including Section 301, 232, IEEPA, and other trade remedy actions. We will also discuss enforcement priorities and practical compliance and mitigation strategies.
