Ability to plan, lead, and execute Global Trade Systems (GTS) deployment in an international and matrix organization. Covering export and customs compliance screenings including but not limited to RPL, Embargo/Sanctioned countries screening, Licensing, product classification (HTS & ECCN) and reporting functionality in GTS, and integration with upstream and downstream systems and processes.  Excellent leadership and people skills in order to effectively partner with and lead teams and 3rd party providers in completing actions supportive of program efforts.  Effective oral and written communication skills are essential. Ability to participate in, potentially lead, multi-disciplined teams are required. PMP Certified and/or proven project management expertise of >5 years in a related discipline.

Qualifications

Comprehensive understanding of Oracle GTM and OTM platforms; including:

  • Trade Transaction Management configuration
  • Trade Compliance screening configuration
  • Global Trade Party Management
  • License Configuration
  • General knowledge of global customs and trade compliance;
  • Commitment to growth and development of skills;
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environment;
  • Ability to identify issues and communicate them effectively
  • Commitment to integrity, ethics, and building strong relationships
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or 4 years related experience
  • 2 Years of Import/Export trade compliance experience
  • Strong communication skills; including written and verbal skills with the ability to ask questions of anyone
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Confidence and interpersonal skills, ability to respectively relate and communicate to employees at all levels (e.g., executive sponsors, district managers, product and service leaders, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively
  • Attention to detail and an ability to follow through with tasks

  • Strategize and develop Management of change training plan and execute the same to relevant teams across the organization.
  • Excellent leadership and people skills in order to effectively partner with and lead teams and 3rd party providers in completing actions supportive of program efforts.
  • Desired experience in import and/or export compliance and operations.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills are essential. Must be capable of supporting the building and delivery of concise presentations to varied audiences.
  • Ability to participate in, potentially lead, multi-disciplined teams are required.
  • Must be flexible in adapting to changing program priorities, deadlines, tasks, and resource limitations.
  • A motivated individual who is a self-starter, a cooperative team player, and who demonstrates a sense of urgency and initiative in determining and completing actions independently
  • Must be willing to share workload and responsibilities cooperatively with other team members to satisfactorily accomplish all program requirements
  • PMP Certified and/or proven project management expertise of >5 years in a related discipline.
