Newly created position with potential for growth to manage export/import compliance reporting to the Director. Based in the Portland, OR area – Hybrid
Qualifications
ESSENTIALS
- Experience working with a corporate trade compliance program
- Experience with both Customs and export compliance
- Experience developing and auditing trade compliance programs
- ITAR and EAR licensing experience
- Customs Broker’s License preferred
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Portland, OR based – hybrid position – locals only
Responsibilities
- Execute a Trade Compliance program
- No direct reports to start, possibly down the road
- Develop and implement policies and procedures
- Advise management and coworkers on automation opportunities
- Manage ITAR licenses (TAA, MLA’s)
- Work with Customs Brokers for HTS/FTA’s & oversee them
- Set up internal training
