Primary Role:
This role will work closely with Vigilant’s Account Manager to perform and oversee various projects, tasks and testing as assigned and per the client requirements. This role will need to be technically savvy as they will be responsible for looking at and implementing new technology to assist the team in bettering their communications, as well as, assist with the streamlining and improvement of operations for the account.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience leading initiatives and internal projects.
  • Some experience working with US Trade Regulations under the EAR is preferred but not required.
  • Some experience with SAP GTS is preferred.
  • Tech Savvy: Aware of and Knowledgeable about current technology
  • Knowledge of various systems such as Salesforce, SLACK, GotoMeeting, Podio, Net Documents and other trending utilities and software is highly desirable.
  • Programming knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Must be able to work independent of supervision with the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work effectively with teams of staff from Vigilant, partners and clients.


Functional Requirements and Specific Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Account Manager with day to day operations.
  • Provide Reporting as defined by Account Manager
  • Coordinate and conduct meetings for the various projects and as requested by the Account Manager.
  • Define, Document and Manage team projects.
  • Research new tools to increase team efficiency.
  • Work with the Account Manager to coordinate various filings and system configuration needs for export product classifications
  • Coordinate with other internal and external teams to ensure the various legal export requirements are included in their various projects.
  • Conduct ongoing data analysis with a goal of driving improvement in service delivery to clients and overall business efficiency.
  • Must organize and prioritize work in a dynamic and complex environment to meet deadlines and daily requirements.
  • Must adapt to changing priorities while meeting deadlines and managing workload.
  • Must effectively work with others in a cooperative and respectful manner to accomplish position requirements and participate in team efforts.
  • Must adhere to Vigilant Employee Handbook and Vigilant Company policies and procedures.
  • Other Duties as assigned by the Account Manager
