Job Description

Intel Corporation is looking for an experienced Global Customs Compliance Manager to join Intel’s leading Global Trade organization. This candidate must have strong regulatory knowledge and previous experience in managing regulatory compliance at a global level and must be confident in interpreting and applying the WCO standards and local customs laws in the corporate environment.

The ideal candidate has a strong working knowledge in the key areas of customs compliance including tariff classification, country of origin determinations, and principles of valuation and is confident partnering at all levels of government and customs administrations and internal stakeholders.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors or Master Degree in a related field
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the area of trade compliance
  • This U.S. position is open to U.S. Workers Only. A U.S. Worker is someone who is either a U.S. Citizen, U.S. National, U.S. Lawful Permanent Resident, or a person granted Refugee or Asylum status by the U.S. Government. Intel will not sponsor a foreign national for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • U.S. Customs broker’s license (preferred)


  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on classification, valuation and COO decisions
  • Develop customs-related programs to enhance existing processes
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the US duty drawback program
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. AD/CVD regulations
  • Lead execution of key trade projects
  • Partner at the global level and develop strategic goals to improve compliance and execution
  • Educate and develop effective training modules
  • Proactively engage with the business partners to identify programs that enable Intel’s growth
