Newly created position industry reporting to the Director of Trade Compliance within a growing trade compliance department in the semiconductor industry.
Relocate from the U.S. to The Netherlands!
Hybrid for candidates based in Belgium, Netherlands, or Italy.
Qualifications
ESSENTIALS
- Strong experience with U.S. EAR regulations for exports to China required
- Experience with export compliance in the semiconductor industry preferred
- Experience developing policies and procedures
- Experience with sanctions denied party screening, and deemed exports
- Experience with export licensing including EAR regulations
- Experience with ECCN & HTS classification
- Strong management experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Some relocation assistance available from the USA or elsewhere to The Netherlands
Responsibilities
EXPECTATIONS
- Manage EAR exports to China
- Manage sanctions program
- Manage U.S. Commerce Department export licenses
- Make ECCN & HTS classification determinations
- Develop policies and procedures
- Conduct trade compliance training
- Manage a small team
- Advise management on trade compliance issues
