NVIDIA is searching for an Import/Export Analyst to join our Global Trade Compliance Team. This position provides significant value to our daily operational activities and will help facilitate our international movements. You will have a strong background in US import and Export regulations. You will be joining a growing team of professionals in regulatory compliance.


  • BA in International Relations, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in regulatory trade compliance and working in high tech industry
  • Proficient understanding of the Export Administration Regulations (EAR), CBP Regulations, and Federal Trade Regulations (FTR)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High degree of integrity, initiative, and attention to detail in a reciprocal environment
  • Energy and real passion for delivering results in a dynamic growth company
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross functionally


As an instrumental member of our GTC team you will support numerous functions such as the following:

  • Classifying products according to Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS), Schedule B and Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) for indirect and direct materials
  • You will conduct Denied Party Screening on business partners and transactions in SAP Global Trade Services Module
  • Where needed you will obtain End Use/End User statements in relation to screening or licensing requirements
  • Identify and mitigate risks during daily operations and ensure compliance in a high paced environment
  • Assist with internal audits and update processes and procedures as pertinent to drive continuous improvement of Export Compliance Program (ECP)
  • Respond to Internal and External Requests for ECCN and HTS classifications in timely manner
  • Engage with engineering and marketing teams to understand technology and product roadmaps
  • Collect information to assist with the preparation of CCATS applications
  • Work closely with overseas counterparts to address regulatory requirements

As a team member you will need to remain knowledgeable of regulatory changes and how they potentially impact business operations. As well as expected to provide suggestions on how to successfully implement changes.
